A warm welcome to Radiant Yoga Salisbury!  Jane teaches yoga flow, pilates, pregnancy and post natal yoga fitness and yoga for runners.  Classes are personal and friendly for all levels and ages; giving variations in each class and changing flows to suit ability and offer variety.   Yoga & Pilates are an amazing exercise - working every muscle group in the body, increasing strength and stamina and can help to reduce weight; as well as releasing stress and tension physically and mentally.  Yoga can also help us to cope with life's everyday challenges and stresses, by giving us a space to relax and unwind whilst boosting our overall fitness.   Jane has over 16 years teaching experience and has taught in London, Europe and N America.  She offers the flexibility to drop in or block book.   Feel free to come and try a class, or contact Jane if you have any questions.

Yoga & Pilates Classes
A mix of yoga and pilates classes, including vinyasa flow, dynamic hatha, slower yin yoga and pilates; all of which are suitable for all levels and all ages.   I change the routines and flows offering variety and challenge; as well as modifications for those who need it, ensuring each class offers a complete body workout and stretch, as well as a full 10 minute relaxation at the end to restore, balance and energise!
Pre-Natal Yoga and Pilates
Yoga and pilates are  fantastic to keep your body and mind strong and flexible during pregnancy. They can help support you during this amazing transformation!  The classes are suitable from 12 to 40 weeks and modifications are offered for all stages of pregnancy.  A great opportunity to meet other mums to be and to keep fit and strong  during your pregnancy, also preparing you for birth and onwards.
Mum & Baby Yoga / Pilates
Special post natal exercises, focusing on all over body strengthening, core/tummy work to get your stomach back and relaxation and breathing.
