Jane has been teaching yoga and pilates for 18 years; and has a wealth of experience and knowledge, drawn from teaching and studying different styles of hatha yoga, (vinyasa, ashtanga, iyengar) and pilates in Europe, Canada and the UK; and continuing her learning through attending classes and workshops during her free time in. She also runs yoga retreats in the UK and Europe. Jane completed her yoga teacher training 20 years ago at the International Chakra Yoga Centre in Victoria, Canada, with teachers from lineage of Swami Gitananda, S India.
After 15 years teaching in London, Jane now runs her own yoga and pilates classes in Salisbury, Wiltshire – Old Sarum, Laverstock, Amesbury.

Jane’s teaching style is hatha vinyasa flow fused with pilates and core strengthening, often including dynamic sun and moon salutation flows, with variations for all levels. There is a focus on correct alignment, proper breathing, developing strength and stamina; with time for deep relaxation and meditation. She also teaches yoga for runners, pregnancy yoga and fitness, mum and baby yoga and fitness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Her classes are a wonderful balance of hatha postures and education, focusing on strengthening and toning, increasing mental focus and flexibility; all of which help reduce stress, increase stamina, boost energy levels and bring about an overall enhanced feeling of well being, vitality, calmness, confidence and self-awareness. Jane offers encouragement and variation in her classes, always allowing for beginners, whilst challenging those who wish to deepen their practice.
