Yoga & Pilates Classes

Yoga and Pilates are amazing, and suitable for all levels and all ages, including beginners.  They give an instant feel-good effect as well as being a very complete physical exercise, using every muscle group in the body. Jane teaches hatha flow yoga – an energising flow of exercises to strengthen and tone the body, and a variety of stretches.  The pilates includes more core work, abdominal strengthening and also helps condition and tone.  Jane has over 16 years teaching experience and guides you through a variety of flows and exercises, with variations for all levels, and includes a lovely 5-8 minute relaxation at the end.   She encourages you to challenge yourself in a non-competitive environment and changes the routines and flows each week to add variety!  She also teaches yoga for runners, pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga/fitness, meditation and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

All classes can be booked online directly from the Class Schedule.  Mats can be provided and Jane sells new mats in various colours for £20.

Drop in £12.  Block booking 6 classes £58.

What to Wear

Loose fitting clothing, such as leggings, or tracksuit bottoms, loose fitting top that you can easily move around in. It is a good idea to bring some water for after the class.

Terms: Block booking of classes is consecutive and once booked is non-refundable.
