A fun class, giving you lots of time to bond with and stimulate baby, whilst working on your well-being and post natal fitness and a great opportunity to connect with other parents 🙂
Soft floor, special post natal exercises to music, focusing on all over body strengthening, core/tummy work to get your stomach back (!), pelvic floor, releasing stress and tension from feeding, relaxation, baby massage and nurturing.
Afterwards, parents and babies can feel more relaxed, energised, stress free and happier 🙂
