Sunday Yoga at Dark Revolution 10am – 11am, every first Sunday of each month.
A great way to energise and flow into your Sunday! Jane teaches hatha flow yoga which is a fusion of both yoga and pilates together – to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, release stress and tension and discomfort in any area of the body and to improve posture. The practice works the whole body and has a great calming effect on the mind; increasing stamina and better wellbeing, also cultivating calmness and vitality. Variations are given so that individuals can work at their own pace without feeling pressured or pushed to achieve. A lovely 5-8 minute relaxation at the end will balance, rejuvenate and relax you for the rest of the day 🙂
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Spare mats are available if required, please ask.
