Wednesdays from 6.15pm to 7.15pm at Old Sarum Community Centre, Pheasant Drive, SP4 6GH.  Parking right outside.

Yoga Pilates Fitness is a fusion of yoga with pilates fitness.  A variety of exercises and flows which can help strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.  Suitable for runners too, it helps alleviate tightness and increase fitness, stamina and overall flexibility.   Variations/modifications are given so you can go at your own pace, especially if you’re a beginner. Jane also includes a nice 5-8 minute relaxation at the end to wind down and completely relax – helping to switch off mentally as well as physically, enabling a great night’s sleep afterwards!  (See all benefits).

Jane gives different variations and modifications for all levels. Beginners are welcome 🙂

Please bring your pilates /yoga mat and some water.   Spare mats are available and for sale, please ask Jane.
