Yoga Pilates Fitness is a fusion of yoga with pilates fitness. A variety of exercises and flows which can help strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Suitable for runners too, it helps alleviate tightness and increase fitness, stamina and overall flexibility. Variations/modifications are given so you can go at your own pace, especially if you’re a beginner. Jane also includes a nice 5-8 minute relaxation at the end to wind down and completely relax – helping to switch off mentally as well as physically, enabling a great night’s sleep afterwards!
